Account & Data Deletion
SecondVoice(운영: 미나랩스 · MinaLabs, minalabs.net) 계정과 관련 데이터를 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다. 아래 방법으로 요청해 주세요.
You can delete your SecondVoice account and associated data at any time using the steps below.
앱에서 직접 삭제하기(In the app)
- 1SecondVoice에 로그인합니다. / Sign in to SecondVoice.
- 2마이페이지(프로필)로 이동합니다. / Open your Profile page.
- 3화면 하단의 “탈퇴하기”를 탭합니다. / Tap “Delete account” at the bottom.
- 4안내에 따라 확인하면 삭제가 접수됩니다. / Confirm to submit your deletion request.
로그인이 어려운 경우(If you can’t sign in)
가입하신 이메일 주소로 hello@minalabs.net 로 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.
Email us from your registered address and we’ll process the deletion after verifying your identity.
삭제되는 데이터와 보관 기간(What is deleted & retention)
삭제되는 데이터 / Deleted
이메일·표시 이름, 음성 녹음, 표현 팔레트·진단 결과·이용 활동 등 계정에 연결된 모든 개인정보. 삭제를 요청하면 계정이 즉시 비활성화되고, 30일의 복구 가능 기간이 지나면 영구 삭제됩니다. (30일 안에 다시 로그인하면 계정을 복구할 수 있습니다.)
Email, display name, voice recordings, expression palette, diagnosis results, and usage activity. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day recovery window.
보관되는 데이터 / Kept
부정 이용 방지 기록은 탈퇴 후 1년간 보관되며, 관련 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 기록은 해당 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 결제·청구 이력은 결제 처리자(App Store · Google Play · Paddle)의 정책에 따라 보관됩니다.
Fraud-prevention records are kept for 1 year; records required by law are kept for their statutory period. Billing history is retained by the payment processor (App Store · Google Play · Paddle).
